What do I need to bring to my first class?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class.
 
You will need to bring a towel and a bottle of water.
Please wear comfortable work out clothing.
 
If you have the following items please bring them:
 • Running Shoes
 • Hand Wraps
 • Gloves
If you do not have these items please don't worry- we have spares at the gym for you to use.

Can I attend the fighter's only class?

No, the fighter's only class is INVITE ONLY.
